How matching works.

Argent’s proprietary matching technology operates within the platform, analysing structured indications of interest and identifying compatible counterparties against defined parameters. When a potential match is identified, both parties are notified at the same time, and each independently decides whether to proceed within a defined window. Argent facilitates the introduction only — it does not execute transactions, hold client assets, or take part in negotiations. All decisions and terms remain with the parties.
