1. Who we are
This notice explains how Argent Markets (“Argent”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website. Questions and requests can be sent to [email protected]. Clients admitted to the platform receive a separate notice covering the platform itself.
2. What we collect
Get in Touch form: your name, business email, organisation, company website, role, country or region, investor type, approximate assets under management, areas of interest, how you heard about Argent, any message you add, and your confirmation that you are an eligible or professional investor.
Contact form: your name, business email, organisation, the reason for your message and the message itself.
Visits: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. When you use a share button on an article, we record which button was used on which page, and nothing about you.
3. Why we collect it
We use the information you send us to assess your request for access, to check eligibility, and to reply to you. We do not use it for direct marketing unless you have agreed to that.
The information each form asks for is needed to deal with your request, except fields marked optional. If it is missing, we cannot process the request.
4. Who receives it
Your submission goes to the Argent team responsible for access requests and enquiries. It is delivered to our mailbox through Microsoft 365, our email provider. Cloudflare hosts this website: form submissions pass through it on their way to our mailbox and are not stored there. Cloudflare also provides our page-view counts and checks form submissions for automated abuse. These providers may process data outside Hong Kong. Argent never sells client data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep request and contact details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or we are required to keep them longer. If you become a client, client documents are collected only when required — for KYB, proof of funds or proof of ownership — and kept only as long as their purpose requires: proof documents are deleted once reviewed, and KYB documents are retained as compliance records.

You may ask for access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you by writing to [email protected].
