Our Technology

Confidential and verifiable, at the same time.

In private markets, discretion and proof usually pull against each other: to show you are a serious buyer or a genuine holder, you normally have to reveal who you are. Argent is engineered so that every party is checked, and no party is exposed.

Engineering commitments

Built around the questions every party asks.

Nobody sees you until both sides say yes.

Nothing is listed or open to browse. A match shows that interest overlaps, not who is behind it — and if either side declines, neither ever learns who the other was.

Every counterparty is verified.

Every organisation is verified through our onboarding checks before it can take part, and every buyer or seller backs their interest with proof of funds or proof of ownership.

Your documents stay yours, even after you share them.

Documents open only in our protected viewer: no downloads, the viewer’s name watermarked on every page, and access you can withdraw at any time.

A record no one can rewrite.

Every step and every document view is recorded once in our audit trail and never edited — sealed so that any later change would show.

AI does the reading. People make the calls.

Argent is AI-native: our models research companies, read documents and highlight what matters, and their findings are cross-examined by independent models. Every decisive judgment stays human.

The strongest model for each task.

Argent is model-neutral: we use the best AI model for each job and switch as the field moves. The safeguards around the models stay fixed.

How it works

From first interest to due diligence.

Step 01

Register interest

Buyers and sellers set the company, price and size, backed by proof of funds or ownership. Nothing is shown publicly.

Step 02

Match

Our quant-engineered algorithm pairs buyers and sellers only where price and size overlap. Both sides are notified at once and decide independently.

Step 03

Due diligence

When both proceed, a private due-diligence workspace opens and each side learns who the other is at the same moment. The parties run their own diligence and agree terms directly.
